First time here, and honestly, I wasn’t that impressed. The prices seemed pretty high for an iced coffee, and there appeared to be a lot of workers standing around. The music was also so loud that the employee had trouble taking my order. Overall, not the best first impression.

Zack took the time to explain all the drinks at 7 Brew since I was new. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel welcome. He had a great attitude, answered all my questions, and helped me find something I’d enjoy. Excellent customer service—I really appreciated his kindness and would definitely come back!

Me, my husband and my mom stopped at this 7 brew this morning and had a great experience with the staff, specifically Jayla. Jayla was very sweet and kind. She brightened our morning with her joyful attitude and welcome. The drink I got didn’t taste right at first and Jayla, with a smile, happily and without question took it back and had it remade to my liking. Highly recommend this 7 brew to anyone whether you’re passing through or local!

I’ve been a loyal customer of 7 Brew for quite a while and used to stop by 2–3 times a day. Unfortunately, over the past several months, my experience has changed enough that I rarely come anymore. My coffee order is always the same, but the consistency is not. Some days it’s perfect, and other days it tastes completely different. When you’re paying premium coffee prices, you expect the same drink to taste the same each visit. I’ve also noticed a change in the overall atmosphere since the previous manager was promoted. The staff used to be exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Lately, customer service feels less personal and less enthusiastic than it once was. I still believe 7 Brew has great products and potential, which is why this is disappointing to write. I’m sharing this feedback because I would love to see the consistency and customer experience return to what made me such a frequent customer in the first place.

Hannah Hill is absolutely phenomenal! I went to 7 Brew for the first time last week and she was the one who sets the tone with her upbeat attitude and genuinely welcoming personality. She takes orders with so much kindness and energy that it instantly makes my day better. She’s quick, clear, and always makes sure everything is spot-on. You can tell she truly cares about the people she interacts with, and it makes the whole experience feel personal and positive. Hannah is a total standout, and 7 Brew is lucky to have her!
